Dr. Stan M. Valnicek received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with Distinction in 1986. He successfully completed his specialty exams with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1991. He has served as the Division Head for Plastic Surgery and provincial Section Head for Plastic Surgery in the past. Dr. Valnicek is active in charity work with 4 missions to Ethiopia with Rotaplast International and more recently as medial director with RESTOR.
