Dr. Brian Miller is a fellowship-trained Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon who is board certified through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Known both for his surgical skills and his compassionate patient care Dr. Miller recognizes the many reasons that may be motivating you to consider a cosmetic or reconstructive surgery. Dr. Miller attended the University of Saskatchewan where he received his medical degree, with great distinction in 2000. He then completed a 5 year residency in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Dr. Miller received awards for excellence in clinical research from both the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Atlantic Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2004 and subsequently completed advanced fellowship training in hand, wrist microvascular surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Miller started his surgical practice in Kelowna in 2005 following his extensive training.
